Born from a love of food and the joy of connection, Say Cheese SA began in the sunny town of Ballito in 2021. A delicious dream rooted in my passion for gourmet flavours, food styling, and storytelling through food.
I launched Say Cheese SA as a way to bring people together over curated grazing boxes and platters that elevate every occasion.
The journey began with humble roots but quickly captured attention. Our brand was featured in Life & Style Magazine Ballito, recognized for its creativity and commitment to quality — a testament to the detail, love, and premium ingredients poured into every board.
But like every good story, there was a pause. I took time to focus on my family, moving to the Middle East and placing the business on hold — not out of loss, but love.Yet my passion for creating unforgettable food experiences never faded. It only grew stronger, patiently waiting for the right moment to bloom again.
Now, that moment has come. As a qualified Culinary Arts Chef from CTIA Stellenbosch and a food stylist by heart. Say Cheese SA relaunched and this time, in the heart of Cape Town.
With a renewed vision, a sharper palate, and a commitment to sourcing local, seasonal ingredients, I’m relaunching the brand with new purpose. From Cutie Cups to full-scale Charcuterie Cart experiences and curated wine pairings, the story continues — richer and more flavourful than ever. This is more than a relaunch. It’s a revival of everything I love.
