Our Graze Story 

Born from a love of food and the joy of connection, Say Cheese SA began in the sunny town of Ballito in 2021. A delicious dream rooted in my passion for gourmet flavours, food styling, and storytelling through food.

 I launched Say Cheese SA as a way to bring people together over curated grazing boxes and platters that elevate every occasion.

The journey began with humble roots but quickly captured attention. Our brand was featured in Life & Style Magazine Ballito, recognized for its creativity and commitment to quality — a testament to the detail, love, and premium ingredients poured into every board.

But like every good story, there was a pause. I took time to focus on my family, moving to the Middle East and placing the business on hold — not out of loss, but love.Yet my passion for creating unforgettable food experiences never faded. It only grew stronger, patiently waiting for the right moment to bloom again.

Now, that moment has come. As a qualified Culinary Arts Chef from CTIA Stellenbosch and a food stylist by heart. Say Cheese SA relaunched and this time, in the heart of Cape Town.

With a renewed vision, a sharper palate, and a commitment to sourcing local, seasonal ingredients, I’m relaunching the brand with new purpose. From Cutie Cups to full-scale Charcuterie Cart experiences and curated wine pairings, the story continues — richer and more flavourful than ever. This is more than a relaunch. It’s a revival of everything I love.

We take food allergies seriously! Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order or booking the Charcuterie Cart. We offer custom options, including nut-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, and Halaal-friendly selections. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, all items are prepared in a shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.


Yes! We deliver across Cape Town and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary by location and will be confirmed when you order.

We’re based in Cape Town and serve the greater Cape Town area for boxes and Cutie Cups, and the Western Cape region for grazing tables and Charcuterie Cart bookings.

Ordering is easy! Just send us a message via WhatsApp or Instagram, or email us with your request. Let us know what you’d like, your event date, and any dietary preferences—we’ll take care of the rest!

Absolutely! We love creating custom cheese boxes and charcuterie spreads to match your event theme, dietary needs, or personal taste. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, corporate event, or unique gift, we’ll tailor every detail just for you. Just let us know what you’re looking for!

For the best taste and freshness, we recommend enjoying your cheese box on the same day you receive it. If stored in the fridge, it can last up to 2 days—but be sure to let it sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes before serving to bring out all the flavours.


Order Graze Boxes & Cutie Cups 2–3 days in advance, Harvest Tables with 7 days’ notice, and Charcuterie Cart bookings at least 2 weeks ahead for the best experience.
